Escape

Wisdom and light,
Thoughts I’ll never know,
If I’m too rushed,
Or stressed,
To listen.

Loving and kind,
A peace and grace
Untouchable,
Until he
Lets me in.

Freedom embraced,
But equally contained,
Choosing to accept
Me, as is,
A human partner,

Becoming my
Escape.
